I’m Kris, founder of KB Lifestyle Fitness and an online coach focused on real, sustainable transformation.My journey didn’t start from an easy place. From my teenage years I struggled with weight, unhealthy eating habits and the emotional side of food. I was bullied and picked on for being overweight, and those experiences stayed with me for a long time. They shaped how I saw myself and how difficult it felt to change.Over the years I had to confront those challenges head on — learning how to manage eating habits, build discipline, and create structure around my lifestyle to control my weight and improve my health. I also had to rebuild my body while dealing with hereditary arthritis, eventually transforming my physique and becoming stronger, leaner and healthier over the age of 40.Because I’ve lived through those struggles, I understand what many people feel when starting their fitness journey. The embarrassment. The lack of confidence. The fear of being judged in a gym or simply not knowing where to begin.That’s why KB Lifestyle Fitness is built around real life. My approach focuses on creating structure around weight loss through training, habits, accountability and routines that support your way of life — not extreme diets or unrealistic expectations. The goal is to build systems that work alongside your work, family and daily responsibilities so progress becomes sustainable.Being bullied when I was younger gave me a deep respect for people who are simply trying to improve themselves. I can’t stand bullies, and part of my mission is helping people build the strength, confidence and belief to become the best version of themselves — physically and mentally.If you feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to start, that’s normal.
